(More customer reviews)I purchased one of these for my 87-yr old Mother who lives in another state.She is 4'10" tall and weighs under 100 pounds.SHE LOVES IT..!!She still drives and, because of its light weight, can get this walker in and out of her car with ease.The under-seat storage works great for securing her purse.Set up and take down are easily managed.Mom uses this as a walker, grocery cart, and sitting rest stop anywhere in the stores.Overall it is a very versatile piece of equipment that allows her to stay on the go with little hassle.This item had an initial delivery time of two weeks but we received it in about 4 DAYS.Excellent product with excellent service.Highly recommended for a petite person who is not a weight lifter.. My Mom is VERY satisfied, and therefore...so am I.

(More customer reviews)I bought this because my Mom was improving after hip surgery and needed something better than the basic roll-and-drag walker they gave her when she was discharged from a nursing home. She tried the bigger regular-sized version of this Nova walker at a local medical supplies store, but it seemed too big for her (she's a little under 5 feet tall and around 95-100 pounds). This one we bought is the 18" seat height and just right for her petite size. The quality seemed much better than some cheaper ones I found locally at larger chain drugstores and I especially liked the larger 8" wheels. The other popular Nova model I saw locally had the wire basket sticking out the front and I could just see my Mom banging up the cabinets with that feature. This one has a canvas bag under the seat and great for my Mom's purse, keys, mail, newspaper, a limited amount of groceries, etc. Initially, she didn't think the padded seat was necessary, but now agrees it's much more comfortable than the hard-plastic seat on other models and glad she got it. The on-line price was very reasonable too and much better than local stores could offer. So, to summarize: feels like high-quality product, comfortable padded seat, 8" wheels roll so easily, brakes seem reliable and easy to deal with, perfect seat height (though other models are higher if you need that, at 20" and 22", I think), and the canvas bag under the seat is very practical.
