(More customer reviews)I wasn't aware as to the "ricketyness" of this product. It serves its purpose which is as an aid to my elderly mother who I had found using the toilet paper roll holder for support. Apparently the install was easy, my husband did it. We will probably have to upgrade soon. Do not recommend for anyone who cannot walk or stand w/out support.
