(More customer reviews)Medline Bath Bench is great product. Assembly took some work but once completed it has worked like a charm. The back is an important safety component in this type of chair.
However, it took 12 days to arrive andestimated time was 7-10 days. This is the longest time I have ever waited for a product ordered from Amazon. I thought there were problems with the ordering process.
All is well that ends well.
