(More customer reviews)I have had one of these for at least 10 years and it is able to grab anything I have wanted it to. I use it to reach cans of food in a high cabinet. It is very sturdy. If I were to buy another reacher, this is the one I would buy.
I have another reacher that folds. My problem with that one is that very often inadvertantly I would turn it and then it would fold up accidentally. I don't use the folding one at all any more because I just want to grab and go, and not think about it.
