(More customer reviews)After using the wheelchair 5 times, mainly going to the mall, some of the bolts that hold the metals bars on the folding assembly and connected to the seat, ended up missing.We received and installed the replacement parts from Drive, but the same screws continued to loosen and fall off and only after 2 or 3 uses (going to the mall or doctor's office).After reporting what I consider a serious problem to Drive, they sent us a replacement wheelchair thinking that first chair was defective.However, after using this new wheelchair about 5 times, the same bolts and nuts unscrewed and we still had a problem. Drive includes a tool set with the wheelchair, which we use to tighten the bolts now after every 2 uses.The nuts that are loosening are called "acorn nuts."
Although we have had problems with this chair, it has worked well because it's lightweight and easy to push around.Also, when folded, it can easily fit into a car's trunk.
