(More customer reviews)The great results I got from these inserts may be just coincidental, but I really don't think so. These inserts have stopped the radiculopathy (pain shooting down my legs) that has plagued me for years. Also, once I began wearing Spenco inserts, my feet and my arthritic knees and hips hurt MUCH less after a day of standing on the concrete floor in my workshop, or after walking a considerable distance. Also, the degree and occurance of my plantar fasciitis (sever pain in the ball of both of my feet) has eased-up by about 15%, and the severe pain in my heels from bone spurs has been reduced by around 95%. Another reviewer hated these supports, maily because they didn't fit in his tennis shoes. I wear these particular supports in heavy work boots, and I've had no problems associated with fit. So, you might want to consider the type of footwear you own and plan to use with these supports when you make your buying decision. Spenco sells other inserts designed for dress shoes, and other types of footwear which give a tighter fit (like tennis shoes, for example).
