Doesn't look commercial or "cheap" at all.Contractor who installed said it was so sturdy that there's no way it's coming out of the wall no matter how much weight someone puts on it. Also bought the matching 24 inch as well, but from another site because of price. Highly recommend this one, but shop around to make sure amazon.com is giving the best price.
