I found the Pedlar is not only fine for my physical therapy knee exercises, but I alsomaintain my upper body and arm exercises by putting the Pedlar on the table and using my hands to rotate the pedals. I especially appreciate its size and convenience. I took it along on a driving trip vacation and used it in my hotel room. It took up very little space in the car (in fact it fit on top of my walker in the trunk) and fit into the closet in the hotel. Very convenient!
