It will keep your insulin cold for most of the day.It will not stay cold for an entire 24 hour period, but for travel to an overnight destination it works great.It is also extraordinarily durable.After all the years I have used it, it is still in great condition.Neither freeze insert has ever leaked.I highly recommend it, with my only caveat being somewhat limited duration before the insulin holder defrosts and gets back to room temperature.
