(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 90-year old grandfather to help with circulation.It shipped immediately, which I appreciated.He used it one time, and both black straps on the foot pedals broke where the holes are to adjust strap size.I was quite disappointed.He said the plastic was too hard, and the second he tried to pedal, they broke in the same spot on both pedal straps.I told him I would send it back and either get a new one, or get our money back.Luckily, my grandfather is very handy and fixed both straps with brass tacs (I'm not sure how, he's really creative).
This product is SUCH a good idea.He loves it.I thought it was a bit overpriced, but I knew he would benefit from it, so I went ahead with the purchase.And it immediately broke.We are lucky that he is very crafty and could fix it, but I feel bad for other people who don't have that talent, and are stuck with a broken piece of equipment.
