(More customer reviews)I'm glad I found this product.The thing I like best about the wrap is that you can adjust the ties to make them tight enough so the wrap doesn't feel like it's about to fall off.I've only used this as a cold treatment for headaches, and I've been pleased with it.The gel pack stays cold long enough so I can fall asleep.I wish the gel pack was a little longer so it would reach more of an area of my head, but it works well enough.It's definitely more comfortable than lying on a bag of ice or even peas.
