(More customer reviews)Very good quality.Allows good leverage.Claw/grip was well thought out and works well picking up pretty much anything within reason.Only comment is the 20" model really isn't all that big.It's useful for maybe grabbing the remote control if it's left two cushions down on the couch.But my wife can't even get to the coffee table when she's in her favorite spot on the couch.We also got a longer model which is much more useful, but then again, leverage pays a price when the unit is too long.You definitely need to measure where the furthest point is you'll want to be able to reach, and also consider that's it's harder to pick up slightly heavier objects with the extended reach.Also keep in mind, though this may be common sense, the unit size in inches is from end to end.For the 20" model, you use up about 2-4" with your hand on the grip... and you lose another 2-3" inside the claw.So the object your aiming for needs to be realistically no more than a foot away from normal reach to effectively use this.My advice is get a longer pikstik.But again, I must repeat, the build, quality and engineering put into this unit is excellent.
