When doing 35 minutes on the eliptical my left knee started to ache and go unstable.This knee brace was recommended by my physical therapist/excercise physiologist.He wanted $75 to order it from his supplier, so I went the Amazon.com route.Let's just say it has kept me "in the game". I've been using it, just to exercise, for 3 months and "so far so good".It is a little cumbersome to get into position correctly especially after it is washed.But other than that, no issues.
