It's not only $10 PLUS shipping, but once you get it, they want $7 (yes, again PLUS shipping) to engrave it. But you can just go to your local jeweler, right? No -- the name tage is not actually even metal it's plastic so jewelers can't do it. Why pair this with a $200 stethoscope?
