I was forced to pay almost $30.00 in shipping and restocking fees to exchange a part that was wrong even though I was given the part number by their customer service department. I then had to wait almost 2 months to receive a partial credit - and only then after I contacted them about the refund." The company that handled the delivery, Medical Delivered, did a great job with the shipping.
