(More customer reviews)I bought this cushion for my brother who is in a wheelchair. It has helped him tremedously. He was getting pressure soars with his other pad, since using this product we were able to totally eliminate all pressure soars. He even uses it when riding in the vehicle by placing it on the seat. It has been a lifesaver, However, it is kind of expensive. I still feel overall it was worth the money because it has saved some on nurse care costs, and it is much more comfortable.
