(More customer reviews)My mom is 88 and as most women her age, has a little problem w/incontinence now and then. I have these pads in the car, and the chairs in the house where she regularaly sits. They have ties on all four corners so can most often be easily secured, and easily removed if company is coming over. Fortunately, I haven't had to wash one yet so I don't know for certain how they hold up in the wash, but they look like they'd hold up well--lot's of good stiching.
