(More customer reviews)The product was exactly as advertised.Good quality.It worked extremely well - no problems with use.I haven't used the electric pump as the manual pump works well, gives me complete control, and is silent.I was dealing with having partial erections and sometimes not being able to have an erection at all.This gives me full erections (and then some).I've tried Viagra and other medication.The medication was EXPENSIVE and sometimes worked well, and other times didn't do much at all - other than give me various side effects which I hated.The medication also took about 30-60 minutes to work.This product takes just a couple minutes and has zero side effects.Much better than medication.The only thing I don't like is the the ring you wear has a loop on either side to help with removal.I've been thinking about cutting those off - I think I'll try it first with one of the rings I don't use (smaller/larger).I was glad that this product came with many different sizes of rings - this helped to find just the right fit.The device is of good quality and is easy to use.My wife has noticed the difference - that alone was worth the price.It gives me more confidence and helps me enjoy sex a whole lot more.It was difficult for me to finally make this purchase, but I'm glad I did - I only wish I had done it a long time ago. Go for it!
