(More customer reviews)i was unable to contact the seller after trying for 3 weeks.nothing but an answering machine.finally contacted the mfg but they were unable to supply any other wheels.the smaller wheels on the front of this chair are solid rubber & they smell much worse than new rubber does!about 3 times worse!i don't know why, but the odor is very strong & has not faded.i've had the chair for a couple of months & it's still on my backporch because i can't tolerate the stink in my home.the chair is nice but those front wheels have to go!
