(More customer reviews)I use these pads underneath litter boxes sitting on hardwood floors. One of the kitties is 18 and he sometimes stands too close to the edge of the box. I also drove a couple of small nails into the wall behind one of the boxes and now hang a pad on the nails to protect the wall too.
I change them daily along with cleaning the boxes ( we have three cats) and they work great.
