(More customer reviews)This is a great pillow for cervical problems but I find it a big large in diameter to have the head go all the way on the other side of it, unless the lenght of the neck is equal to the diameter of the pillow, which is ok if you are a giraffe. I wish they made it in 3 sizes for short, middle and long neck, and provided the cover with it at a more reasonable price than almost the price of the pillow itself. it is a bit ridiculous. but the pillow is very comfortable after the first one or two nights and does very well its job.
